Location: Texas City,TX, USA
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create and send weekly reports to department groups.
* Organize, review and update running lists of active and non-active equipment assets.
* Receive, process, and enter job related fleet/equipment requests.
* Understand a variety of the field operations concepts, practices, and work procedures.
* Manage the assignment, sourcing, and logistics of organization's vehicles and equipment.
* Ensure data system are updated timely and accurately.
* Other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
* Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Ability to create, format, and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas.
* Ability to travel if needed.
