TSS is seeing an Equipment Specialist Temporary Candidate qualifications and experience for Equipment Specialist
- Must be mobile and able to assist with moving or lifting items up to 75 lbs. Be flexible in working hours, maintain a professional appearance, and follow directions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Receive, assess, and validate incoming merchandise for accuracy and condition based on purchase orders. Promptly report discrepancies and initiate return-ship procedures for damaged items.
- Handle House property with care, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a secure environment for warehouse and storage rooms.
- Perform warehouse and storage room activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA codes and safety regulations.
- Work independently on projects, exercising good judgment, and report progress, results, and issues to management.
- Remove, inventory, and stage excess equipment and House items for disposal. Ensure proper destruction or sanitization of computer hard drives following established procedures.
- Safely and carefully transport and properly store furniture, furnishings, office equipment, and other related House items/property between warehouses.
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service to high-profile customers.
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of safety shoes.
- Minimum High School Graduate or GED with 1 year experience in asset management, logistics, warehouse operations, and/or inventory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
