Job Description:
  • Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equity Administration professional.
  • Contract role in office 5 days per week until June, 2025.

  • Coordinate and manage new grants within vendor online tracking systems.
  • Maintain the integrity of grants through regular reviews and validation against internal systems.
  • Facilitate the monthly vesting of awards, collaborating with HR tax and payroll teams to ensure accurate taxation.
  • Validate, audit, and process new hires, terminations, and transfers for proper treatment of deferred awards per plan terms and award agreements.
  • Participate in the annual major vesting event during the January year-end cycle.
  • Advise recruiting and compensation teams on candidate deferred compensation proposals.
  • Review and assess new hire documentation for Management Development & Compensation Committee approval.
  • Complete post-grant tasks, working with the Compensation Accounting department on unreconciled items.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on deferred compensation plans for internal clients.
  • Co-manage team mailbox for internal queries and resolve employee inquiries through the internal ticketing system.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Lead and participate in departmental projects as required.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
