As a Summer Analyst on Susquehanna's Equity Research team, you will be partnered with our senior analysts and traders to assist in identifying investment opportunities in the equity and options markets. You will learn to perform in-depth company analysis around future catalyst events and provide real-time opinions on breaking news throughout the trading day. You will gain experience in the financial markets by tracking company news and events, assisting with valuation work or other event-driven projects.
Our ten week summer internship program introduces you to our unique approach to research through a combination of work on a trading desk and classroom study in options theory basics. Summer Equity Analysts are placed on a sector-focused team and work directly on the trading floor. The ten week summer program serves as our primary source for hiring full-time Equity Analysts.

What we're looking forSusquehanna Perks:
Summer Equity Analysts will receive an annual base compensation of $175,000, prorated for the time worked at Susquehanna. In addition to a signing bonus, Summer Analysts will also receive company-paid housing, breakfast and lunch, and other perks.
