Job Overview:
This position serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assist in patient care activities. This care includes activities to ensure patient/family satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* BLS Certification through American Heart Association only
* Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
Preferred:
* EMT certification
Certifications and Licenses:
* BLS certification through American Heart Association.
Scheduling Requirements:
* Nights 11:00PM - 7:00AM
* Every other weekend
* Part-Time (22.5 hrs)
* Mandatory Orientation
Essential Functions:
* The incumbent requires the ability to perform various clinical activities, from simple to complex with accuracy and efficiency
* In the nursing environment, teams are created to help solve priority problems that cut across functional lines, the incumbent may serve as a member of cross-functional teams in addition to participating on unit teams to deal with functional issues
