• Triage, assess, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
• Administer medications, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions and post-emergency care instructions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and ensure all procedures comply with healthcare regulations.

Candidate requirements

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing is preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and provide care for multiple patients at once.
