Responsibilities :

• Patient Assessment: Perform quick, accurate assessments and prioritize care based on severity.
• Emergency Care: Administer treatments, medications, and life-saving interventions.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and care instructions.
• Monitor Conditions: Track patient progress and report significant changes.
• Invasive Procedures: Assist with or perform procedures like IV insertions and wound care.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and manage reactions.
• Trauma Management: Provide care for trauma patients, including injury stabilization.
• Documentation: Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
• Discharge Planning: Provide discharge instructions and coordinate follow-up care.
• Emergency Preparedness: Respond to emergencies and participate in drills.
• Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient rights, comfort, and pain management.
• Maintain Safety: Keep the environment clean, safe, and compliant with health standards.
• Staff Support: Mentor and guide less experienced nursing staff.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain licensure.

• Current BLS (AHA) - Required
