This position will serve Country Lane Woodworking and its affiliate companies, Tusk Molding, Swing Kingdom, and Patiova.

Our Ideal ERP Analyst & Administrator:
- Experienced: Brings 4–6 years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience across financial management, sales, CRM, warehousing, inventory, and manufacturing. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with ERP optimization is required. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including inventory, bill-of-materials, and CPQ tools, is preferred.
- Certifications & Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. ERP certifications such as NetSuite Certified Application Associate are also highly desired.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools. Preferred knowledge includes SQL or other database querying languages.
- Analytical & Problem Solver: Excels at breaking down complex challenges, researching solutions, and presenting actionable recommendations. Skilled in evaluating application requests, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective ERP strategies.
- Collaborative: Thrives in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with departments like Accounting, Sales, and Manufacturing. Skilled at bringing the right people together, facilitating discussions, and ensuring accountability to achieve shared goals.
- Organized: Effectively manages multiple projects and timelines, completing ERP initiatives on schedule: tracks system updates, project milestones, and key deliverables to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Detail-oriented: Maintains exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in system processes and solutions.
- Communicative: Excels in written and verbal communication, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity among team members and stakeholders.
