Position Overview:
My client in San Antonio, TX is looking to hire an ERP Developer/Admin for their Ross ERP system. In this position you will be designing, developing, and maintaining Ross ERP. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements, implement solutions, and support daily operations.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP development (Aptean Ross ERP).
- Proficient in programming languages such as DML (data manipulation language) and Gembase.
- Experience with ERP configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of databases and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP reporting tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI).
- Working experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Chemical industries.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA).
- Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
