Skills and experiences Structured experience in D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations• Deep knowledge of the X++ programming language• Experience with Azure DevOps / VSTS• Problem solving orientation.• Ability to relate effectively with internal and external customers.Knowledge of Agile logic will be an asset.

- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain data integrity within the ERP system.
- User Training: Train end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system.
- Upgrades and Maintenance: Implement system upgrades and perform regular maintenance.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficiency.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards and security protocols
