Job DescriptionThis position is for an SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT Analyst in the Lockheed Martin Enterprise IT organization supporting the Aeronautics business area. The hired individual will work to understand business needs across the production operation functional areas and provide technology and operational support for the ERP application. Responsibilities will include performing operational application support and standard maintenance tasks, assisting and leading in requirements gathering and documentation activities, supporting solution blue printing and design workshops, executing configuration and implementation support tasks, providing post go-live deployment support, and providing customer engagement and outreach. The employee work closely with ERP functional analysts and ERP developers to ensure solution accuracy and effectivity. This employee be a part of an agile delivery team and will work with direction provided by the team's product owner, product manager, and scrum master. Learn more here: Global DI.Basic Qualifications- Prior experience with ERP (Specifically SAP) applications - Experience capturing customer requirements and authoring functional specifications- Experience working with developers to design solutions - Experience facilitating data driven decisions - Ability to apply functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost.- US Citizenship is required for this role due to program requirementsDesired skills-Prior experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning applications as an IT or Functional Analyst (specific experience in working with SAP configuration/ development initiatives)-Prior experience in or knowledge of functional production operations processes in the Aerospace & Defense industry - Experience in overseeing SAP system configuration changes - Experience in working with Idoc (interface document) processing and understanding common error occurrence - Experience with SAP modules such as but not limited to Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Project Systems (PS), and Master Data Governance (MDG) - Experience with manufacturing execution systems such as Solumina, and experience in MES integration (Master Data, Execution Data, and Quality Data) with ERP systems - Experience working with Military customers in the Aerospace & Defense industry - Experience facilitating change and learning activities - Experience working with Fiori and/or Personas o - Experience in working large-scale, transformational ERP and business process modernization activities - Experience working with JIRA for agile sprint planning and sprint execution - Experience or understanding of agile software development, specifically the SAFe Scaled Agile FrameworkEEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $78,500 - $150,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Premium Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $90,200 - $170,000.
