Job Summary:Under indirect supervision, the ERP Manager manages all day-to-day ERP software administration and projects related to software deployment, updates, process improvement, troubleshooting, data access, and data integrity. The ERP Manager collaborates with teams throughout the organization to determine ERP system needs and to deploy value-added solutions.What you will do:- Manage day-to-day administration of the Company's ERP system.- Manage projects or initiatives related to the maintenance and improvement of the ERP system, ERP documentation, data integrity, and processes related to the management of the system.- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Company's ERP system and a subject matter specialist for SQL, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Excel as it relates to the ERP system and its data.- Support reporting, dashboard creation, analytics, process improvement, and overall continuous improvement efforts for line, middle, and senior management.- Follows management direction and policies while maintaining a high level of independence to troubleshoot issues and contribute new and innovative ideas and solutions.- Drives projects while encouraging team participation and organizational adoption.- Support customer, vendor, or other stakeholder-facing initiatives, as needed.- Lead and train small interdisciplinary teams, as needed.- Perform other duties as assigned.What sets you apart:Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in management information systems, computer science, database administration, or related field required. 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting working with ERP systems required. Strong technical skills with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Crystal Reports are required. IQMS/Delmiaworks experience required. Small team leadership and training abilities are also preferred. Adequate physical ability including sufficient manual dexterity to perform the requisite manufacturing duties.
