The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for the two main technology support areas for the business. 60% of (His/Her) time will be devoted to the CJK Core Business System (CBS), focusing primarily on the ERP System, Automated Manufacturing Systems/Applications, AC4D (Auto-count) and Shopfloor Systems. The other 40% will be devoted to Systems/Infrastructure support for Sheridan MN and other CJK locations as needed. Major Responsibilities: Technical Support
- Support for Sheridan MN IT Infrastructure and Business Applications.
- Support On-Prem ePS Technique Servers and Systems/Infrastructure.
- Maintain Hardware & Software Upgrades for Technique Systems and other IT Infrastructure.
- Remote support assistance with Technique software or end-user troubleshooting.
- Technique software training and end-user setups.
- Manage and support Technique AC4D (Autocount) System.
- Manage and support inventory scan web and inventory job movement.
- Building automation scripts and tools to improve Technique processes and workflows.
- Migrating Technique Servers to Azure Cloud.
- Support Networking and device connectivity for Technique related system communications.
- Assist with patch management and software upgrades.
- Assist with Server & device configuration.
- Develop support documentation and training materials.
- Manage support tickets and escalate to ePS vendor as needed.
- Travel to sites for Technique software installation, configuration and System Go-Lives.

Knowledge and Skills
- One to three years of basic experience in IT Systems/Infrastructure in manufacture, production, technical environment is required.
- Basic system networking understanding. (i.e. switches, windows, routing...)
- One to four years college or tech school in information technology, networking, manufacturing/production systems or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledgeable with Enterprise Resource Planning software and Systems Integration.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing/production systems and workflow.
- Strong creativity & innovation skills to take a broad view, look for meaningful connections, translate new ideas into workable solutions, and encourage others to do the same.
- Initiative and follow-through to get going on important priorities, overcome obstacles, take appropriate risks, and keep moving toward goals. Ability to handle multiple priorities well.
