Our colleague Larissa shares hers in a short interview: Skills and experiences * Successfully completed studies in (Business) Computer Science, Economics or comparable study programs.* First practical experience in the IT field (e.g. in the form of internships), ideally with Microsoft technologies.* Knowledge of business processes, ERP systems as well as programming languages is desirable, but not a prerequisite. About you *Passion for Microsoft products and technology.*Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a quick perception.*Team spirit, willingness to learn and own initiative.*Willingness to travel (according to customer needs and in coordination with you).*Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English are a must. What you'll do *In online and face-to-face training sessions, you will become familiar with company processes, learn our project and consulting methodology, and deepen your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).*Accompanied by a mentor, you will develop solution scenarios for specific customer requirements and gain valuable project experience right from the start.*You will successfully complete the program with a final presentation of your case study and Microsoft certification.*After the program, you will take on tasks as a Junior IT Consultant in the implementation of complex ERP solutions in one of the specialist areas (Logistics, Production, Finance, Retail, etc.).
