Position: Escalations Representative 1 Location : Salt Lake City, Utah 84116 Pay: $20/hr Shift Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities
+ Working LOB complaints/concerns that clients have addressed
+ Simpler complaints - if a client expressed dissatisfaction with how a process was handled, wait time was longer than it should have been,
+ Reach out to client, acknowledge the concern, do research if needed, reply response to client
+ Be sincere and genuine in communication with client
+ Clients of private bank - client will have at least $10mill in assets
+ Supporting any type of product other than mortgage. Typically credit cards, debit cards, savings accounts
