Escrow Support ProcessorPhoenix, AZ3-Month ContractJob ID 25-09371Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Support Processor. This is a 3-month contract opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ.The client is looking to add an Escrow Support Processor to the growing team. You will be providing centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows and relieving branches of high-volume paperwork. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches and internal customers.Required skills:Excel, Processing Experience, Excellent Communication Skills, Escrow.Qualifications:1-2 years of escrow processing experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the department/field.Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers.Problem-solving with strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn.Knowledge of MS Office suite with proficient Excel experience and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.Establishes effective working relationships at the workgroup level.Responsibilities: Performs post-closing clerical functions.Prepares correspondence relating to post-closing escrow files.Performs fund disbursements.Schedules and provides instructions to couriers.Communicates with branches, as needed.Follows functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities; Troubleshoots as needed.Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $19/hour to $19/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
