Essex Middle River Veterinary Center (EMRVC) a progressive veterinary hospital located in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland seeking a Relief Veterinarian to join our well-established, highly successful, client oriented 5 doctor companion animal practice. Recently to help our team with work life balance we are closed both Saturday and Sunday.
We are located near the waters of the Chesapeake Bay in Baltimore County, approximately 20 minutes from Baltimore City. In the area there are many outdoor activities, restaurants, cultural centers that appeal to someone enjoying a good work life balance.

8,000 square foot hospital includes five exam rooms, an expansive treatment room, organized pharmacy, digital and dental x-ray, a procedures room and a spacious surgical suite
Team focused on general/orthopedic surgery and preventative care, with diagnostic and therapeutic tools that include ultrasound, endoscopy, and laser therapy

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university
Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
Active Veterinary State License upon hire
- Ability to provide Certification of Insurance
