The Lubrizol Corporation currently has an opening for a results-oriented Sales Coordinator in Brecksville, Ohio. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for f ront-line management of all incoming sales data and using that data to identify trends and conduct analysis using tools such as CRM and SAP. The roles is a critical part of our business processes, as it bridges the gap between supply chain, operations, and the sales team by facilitating timely communication of key customer information on pricing, sales analytics, etc.

* Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data

* Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends

* Working with a variety of stakeholders throughout operations, shared services, and sales to become critical link for sales on supply planning and back-end systems integration, as well as funneling key sales information to operations

* Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives

* Monitoring and evaluating sales performance KPIs

* Managing demand planning utilizing the forecast input tool for SAP for Lubrizols sales agents, as well as CRM Pipeline near term rollup into forecast

* Interacting with new potential and existing customers via web-generated leads, gain information regarding the qualify the lead, and assign to the sales/marketing teams as appropriate

* Working via LinkedIn, Insight, telephone, and email to nurture and develop targeted leads for the business

* Managing customer pricing system and collaborate with business team on value pricing of current and future solutions. Establish and manage list pricing of existing products

* Driving new customer integration into Lubrizols systems, including SAP, and MyLubrizol.com setup

* Managing customer databases and market intelligence systems

* Leading tradeshow plans and assist in execution of tactics

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic administrative or sales coordinator role

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and partner with internal and external stakeholders to creatively resolve challenges

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree in business or a related field

* Experience working with SAP, Business Objects (BOBJ), Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), Market Intelligence system (C&MI), Vendavo Price Management system, Business Intelligence system (Power BI)
