AV rated Hudson Valley law firm is seeking an attorney with 0-3 years experience to become part of our Estate Planning & Elder Law team. The position will include document drafting, helping to manage our client maintenance program, and meeting with clients. Candidates must be detail-oriented and committed to excellence. Demonstrated interest in Estate Planning / Elder Law is preferred (e.g., as shown by prior experience or law school courses/clinical work in Estate Planning & Elder Law). We offer excellent training, both in-house and through affiliated national estate planning and elder law organizations. Candidates will need to provide a resume, law school transcript and writing sample. Salary is competitive for the Hudson Valley. We also provide compensation in the form of origination fees for new matters brought into the firm by associates..
