Job Description:

Our client, a UHNW family office, is seeking an Estate Manager to join their team. This position is located in NYC with occasional travel to various properties.

*Our client will consider candidates who are open to relocating to NYC*

Responsibilities

  • All planning and preparation for family stays at properties in New York, South Florida, and Connecticut
  • Leading service and seeing to all principal requirements during their stay
  • Support the operation of residences, managing other staff members
  • Additional Staffing requirements (calling on trusted dayworkers to assist when required or hiring wait staff for events and dinners)
  • Clothing management and care
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Inventory management: provisioning, dry stores, wine and alcohol, toiletries, medication, clothing, linens, crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • Assisting with meal and/or chef logistics
  • Assisting in the planning and running of events
  • Financial management including budgeting, maintaining credit card receipts, submitting invoices to Family Office for payment
  • Source, liaise and negotiate with household vendors
  • Supervision of maintenance, repairs, construction and renovation projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years professional working experience

  • Valid driver s license and Passport
