Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities-

  • Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents.
  • Handle all aspects of probate (to include contested cases,) and estate administration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, prepare detailed legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2-10 years of experience in estate planning and probate matters.
  • Licensed in the state of Texas for at least 2 years or more
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations
  • Research and writing skills
  • Interest in conducting hearings, mediation and consults
  • Energetic and motivated
  • Highly organized

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio OR similar drafting/client management software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
  • Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
