Job DescriptionJob Description: Our prestigious law firm is looking for a talented and driven Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning; experience in litigation is an added advantage. - Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and related legal documents.
- Advise clients on strategies pertaining to estate, tax, and business succession planning.
- Conduct client interviews to collect vital information for effective planning.
- Assist with the probate process and represent clients in probate litigation as required.
- Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust and encourage long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- At least 2 years of experience in estate planning; litigation experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning principles and their tax implications.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
