Bluestar Moving Services is looking for a General Manager to oversee all estate sale services. The ideal candidate has a background in downsizing and executing estate sales effectively. The General Manager must understand the industry, ideally have existing referral relationships, and be willing to build new referral relationships in the market. The General Manager will be responsible for the marketing and execution of all estate sales. They will oversee the estate sales team and will have the ability to implement best practices and training. This is a great opportunity for someone to who is looking to expand their leadership skills in the estate sales and downsizing space.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Conduct consultations with prospective clients and referral partners
· Be knowledgeable and able to explain company services to potential clients
· Effectively market upcoming estate sales
· Lead estate sales team, including hiring and training team members
· Oversee sale set-ups and logistics
· Execute estate sales end-to-end ensuring customer satisfaction
Desired Qualifications and Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in the Estate Sale industry
· Demonstrated success marketing and executing estate sales
· Ability to research and set prices for estate sale items
· Effectively implement industry best practices
· Previous management experience preferred
