Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to dive into meaningful research? Join our team and assist the Bank's Estate Settlement Services - Will File Team in uncovering and updating vital client records. This role combines investigative work, data management, and advanced research techniques to ensure accuracy and compliance in managing the Bank's Unfunded Suspense Account.

salary: $22.28 - $22.29 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

+ This assignment is to assist the Bank's Estate Settlement Services-Will File Team in researching a list of client names that may have funds held in the Will File's Unfunded Suspense Account.

+ This assignment will include searching the Bank's Future Fee New Business/Will File system for client records, as well as the updating of these records as needed.

+ The selected individual will also need to search the onsite central will file vault for these client files.

+ The selected individual will also complete research using Lexis-Nexis to obtain client's updated personal details including DOB, DOD if applicable and current address.

+ Additional research may be required if the client is deceased. Upon completion of the required research, the individual will image the contents of file and all search results to the Bank's optical imaging system.

+ All research details are to be entered into an excel spreadsheet to then be shared with Will File Team Lead and management.
