Estimating Coordinator – New Construction McMahan's Flooring is a flooring company that has a great opportunity for an Estimating Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The individual that accepts this position is vital to our success and has a direct impact on the bottom line. The Estimating Coordinator will assist our team of Estimators on becoming more efficient with each project that is handled. Responsibilities: Maintenance of bid calendar. Input all projects, send out reminders, etc. Monitor estimating email and assign tasks Download plans for all projects (new bids, and post contract) Manufacturer Finish Schedule (MFS) – Key product data into MFS to setup bids Maintain and clean up electronic files (create new job folders, archive lost projects, and file clean up) Backup / assist pricing and quality assurance / review pricing accuracy Hand counts and confirming unit matrix Maintaining plan set phase for all open projects Update current job cost files with new PCO forms Product research Qualifications: Knowledge in floor coverings (carpet, tile, wood and vinyl). Basic Estimating Knowledge. Proficient with MS Office software, specifically Excel. Ability to multitask and transition between projects simultaneously to meet multiple customer demands.
