Coordinate with the project management team to gather all necessary data for estimates.2. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects or services.3. Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.4. Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.5. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time.6. Assist in the preparation of bid packages, conceptual estimates, and budgetary estimates.7. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining project files.8. Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.9. Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.10. Prepare reports and presentations to provide updates on project progress and estimates.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and estimating software.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.7. Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications.8. Strong negotiation skills with experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10. Knowledge of the construction industry, including materials, labor, equipment, and current market trends.11.
