DOT!The Construction Underground Estimator position's accountability includes, but is not limited to:o Project selectiono Take-offso Estimating the project from cradle to graveo Bid submissiono Budget preparationo Project risk analysisQualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil construction, estimating underground (Storm Drain, Sewer and Water) and earthworks
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Exposure to DOT Construction Estimating
- Knowledge of HCSS or Bid2Win software
