Ewing Automotive Group is currently seeking an Estimator for their Body Shop.Estimators handle customer pay and insurance claims for our customers from start to completion.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers
- Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine extent of damage and need for repairs
- Submit estimate and supplements according to the insurance carrier requirements
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and all monies are accounted for before vehicle is released to the customer
- Responsible for quality control on repairs to ensure work is completed as requested and per final estimate
- Continuous status updates to the customer as well as updating our production management system
Experience:Must be proficient with CCC One estimating system. Knowledge of Repair Tracker production system.Minimum 5 years of estimating experience.What We Offer:
