McDaniel's Construction is currently in search of a proficient Civil Site Estimator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The selected candidate for the position of Civil Site Estimator will be tasked with overseeing pre-construction activities, Pre-bid quantity take-offs, commercial infrastructure construction estimates, change orders estimates, scope buy out & development, blueprints, client relations, pre-bid construction documentation, request for information, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift. Job Responsibilities: Prepare precise cost estimates for civil construction projects Analyze and interpret project blueprints and specifications Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to estimate project plans Generate and present change orders as necessary Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Company Information: McDaniels Construction Corporation Inc is a heavy site infrastructure firm operating within the Private Commercial Construction sector.
