Were seeking skilled Construction Estimators with experience in commercial projects who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, thriving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review project documents to create detailed cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure precise estimates.
• Conduct market research to obtain cost data and identify savings.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing.

Qualifications:

• Experience in estimating commercial construction projects ($30M+).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
