Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at A-Best Abatement. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project scopes, estimating costs, and providing accurate bids for asbestos, mold & lead abatement projects. The individual in this role will work closely with clients, project managers, and field staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating costs for asbestos, mold & lead abatement projects
• Knowledge of regulations and requirements related to environmental abatement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification or training in asbestos and lead abatement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
