Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for high-rise apartment projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary project details.
- Analyze project specifications and scope to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage bid submission processes and participate in pre-bid and bid review meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, labor costs, and material pricing.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator, specifically in high-rise residential construction.
- Proven track record of bidding and winning high-value projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and market pricing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
