Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Estimator/Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to ensure project stays within budget and schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator and Project Manager in commercial and multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software, preferably Procore.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
