Estimator – Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of electrical field experience preferred or bachelor's degree in construction management / electrical engineering.
• Proven history of being detail-oriented and deadline driven.
• Practical knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Accubid preferred or similar estimating software.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Desire to work in our Columbiana, OH office daily.
• Desire to day travel to job sites, less than 10%.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with outside vendors to generate shop drawings.
• Tracking of RFI's, shop drawings, schedules
• Generating RFI's per field response
• Generate & track Submittals, coordinating with outside vendors.
• Daily unitization of project management & estimating software.
• Interpreting engineered drawings/specifications and performing takeoff under watch of senior estimator
• Purchasing of major bid packages and coordinate deliver
• Assist coordination of internal company resources including manpower, tools, and equipment.
