About the Company: Our client is one of the top regional roofing contractors and strives to maintain a progressive vision for the future. Our client specializes in Roofing, Cladding, ACM/Wall Panels, Sheet Metal, Preventative Maintenance, Design Build Assist and Roof Survey Reporting About the Position: The Roofing Estimator will provide and/or coordinate full estimating services on large, complex projects and all types of contracts in the commercial, industrial and federal arenas. Requirements: 5 to 8 years estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience required, Must have experience estimating large commercial roofs (over 5,000 sq. ft.) Thorough knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts required.
