- Develop detailed project scopes based on drawings and specifications for high-end custom homes.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for selected trades and manage the distribution of bid documents.
- Solicit, qualify, and organize proposals from subcontractors and suppliers specialized in luxury construction.
- Submit RFIs to architects and engineers while coordinating with municipalities on permits.
- Prepare trade-specific bid packages and evaluate plan revisions to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize quality and cost.
- Act as a liaison between the Vice President of Pre-Construction, Project Managers, and external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication.Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience with a degree in Construction related field preferred
- Experience in luxury residential construction is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with takeoff software like Bluebeam.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
