What it's like to be a Ethanol Plant Operator at Ethanol Plant Operator

As a Plant Operator at Conestoga Energy Partners LLC, you will have an opportunity to play a vital role in the ethanol production process. One of your main responsibilities will be to collect and analyze samples from various stages of the ethanol process, such as Milling, Cook, Fermentation, Evaporation, Distillation/Dehydration, Centrifuges/Dryers, and Water Treatment. By carefully monitoring and reporting any analyses that do not meet operating specifications, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will also be trained in handling and mixing various chemicals that are added to the process, ensuring their accurate and safe application.

Being knowledgeable about the entire process flow throughout the plant, you will have the opportunity to assist your team members in troubleshooting any challenges that may arise. In addition, you will receive training to operate the plant using our Distributive Control System.
