OverviewTo research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure relating to Citrix Platform. Develop and maintain working knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends. Assist with troubleshooting of complex technical issues causing business impact or service degradation. Willingness to be a self-starter in a face paced technical team.ResponsibilitiesFull life-cycle project managementEstablish and lead project teamsDevelop project plan/scope/schedule/cost/communicationsProcure and/or manage resources/timelines/deadlines/qualityRisk, Issue and Change managementEnsure successful project implementationScope of responsibilityResponsible for monitoring, maintaining, operating and troubleshooting daily remote access technologies.Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop systemAccountable for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.Apply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing systemsDocument new system components, or modifications to existing componentsPerform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needsPerform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systemsPresent clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisionsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsFamiliar with Citrix virtual applications and desktop experience.
