Requirements
The Evaluation and Research Project Manager is responsible for project management and administration of evaluation, assessment and research projects within the Office of Assessment and Decision Support (OADS).A significant portion of the project management portfolio involves administration of all Main Campus course evaluations, management and coordination of university-wide surveys, and convening the university's Survey Coordinating Group, a standing committee. The project manager also supports other key projects within OADS and assists the Associate Vice President in managing cross-cutting research that involves significant project management and coordination. Additionally, the project manager is the main university contact for course evaluation support, responsible for providing high-quality service to students and faculty engaging the course evaluation process.
Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Institutional Data Analytics, the Evaluation and Research Project Manager works closely with the entire OADS team, leadership of the Main Campus Executive Faculty (MCEF) and main campus senior leaders. Other interactions include:
+ Regular and direct contact with internal stakeholders (deans, department chairs, faculty, departmental personnel, and students) to support the smooth administration of course evaluations and other surveys via efficient, timely, uniform, and tactful responses to email and telephone inquiries.
+ Collaboration with external partners (software vendors, prospective students, parents, alumni, investigators, etc.) in support of course evaluation administration and survey research.
+ Collaboration and coordination with university communications personnel (main campus and university-wide) regarding survey project communications.
+ Collaboration with college/school leadership to develop and improve processes for streamlined collection of evaluation and assessment data.
+ Liaising with stakeholders at other Georgetown University campuses as they coordinate and manage their own respective course evaluation processes.
+ Collaboration with colleagues in Office of the University Registrar (OUR), University Information Services (UIS) and other partners to ensure smooth operation and robust integration of key systems and data.
Requirements and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree is required, with at least 3 years of related experience in a data, research, or assessment-related field or organization; Master's degree preferred
+ Strong project management skills and experience required; project management training/certification preferred
+ Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required
+ Strong data management and analysis skills, including expert spreadsheet skills required; experience coding with R, Python and/or SQL preferred
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the synthesis and preparation of data and research reports, including the ability to organize and communicate data effectively
+ Experience working with survey software (e.g., Qualtrics), CRM platforms, or other enterprise-level software systems, as well as their respective vendors, is required
+ Proficiency with standard software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (Google Workplace, Microsoft Office 365)
+ Prior experience with higher education data processes and systems is highly desirable

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$54,616.00 - $100,493.33
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
