Evaporator OperatorThe Dairy Foods Evaporator Operator is responsible for effectively operating all 3 onsite evaporators, process control equipment, pasteurizers, heat exchangers, CIP systems as well as handling and storage, while maintaining the highest level of GMP and sanitation standards possible. Responsible for following all company and regulatory guidelines pertaining to documenting and record keeping. Assistance with training may be required eventually as part of the role.
