Job Duties -
- Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Ft. Totten by providing attentive and courteous service to our valued guests
- Greet guests and take orders in the Drive-Thru and on the Front Counter
- Responsibly manage and maintain inventory and equipment, keeping products and supplies stocked
- Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals
- Communicate effectively with kitchen concerning guest needs and wait times
- Maintain a sanitary, safe, and impeccably clean restaurant, observing health and sanitation guidelines by mopping, sweeping floors, removing the trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping the dining room, parking lot and restrooms clean
- Applicants must be able to follow all government health directives
- Direct traffic on the store lot
- Deliver orders to vehicles waiting in the drive thru
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions outside greeting guests and taking orders
- Be knowledgeable in all products and services offered
Qualifications -
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches in length
- Be a great teammate
- Able to multitask and willing to give your best at all times
- Excellent customer service skills
- Move with purpose, focus on what is most important, when it is most important
- Thrive in challenging fast-paced work environment
- Must be punctual and professional
- Resilient - able to resolve setbacks
- The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual is a plus

About the Company
