Job Summary:Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Guest Services Lead to join our team. This position serves as the manager on duty during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in maintenance.Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Perform night audit procedures, including running end-of-day processes and generating audit reports.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Perform a combination of tasks to uphold customer service and administrative tasks.
- Identify and address operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by assisting the safety team in responding to emergencies.
- Act as the manager on duty, overseeing operations during the overnight shift.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot minor repairs.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for larger repairs and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and regulations.
- Handling guest requests and concerns, directing other employees or departments accordingly.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliations and ensure financial data integrity.
- Oversee the inventory management process, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies and guest amenities.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service, strong verbal communications skills and follow-through abilities
- Capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of performance
- Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, accounting, word processing, invoicing and billing
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or relevant experience.
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, property management or like experience and a demonstrated ability to perform the essential job functions preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Must be able to work overnight shift hours, with shifts varying between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Physical Requirements (included but not limited to):
- May be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Required to regularly communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders or stairs, stoop/bend, push/pull, and occasionally work overhead and at heights up to and sometimes exceeding 40 feet.
- Frequently move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work within varying temperatures indoors to outdoors; moving between buildings and working around moving equipment/machines
