Shift leaders manage expectations to consistently provide remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day. This position focuses on the daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership and management of staff, hospitality, and cleanliness. This position works closely with the directors of operation to ensure operational goals are met and that our team members are equipped and led to be successful.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during the shiftExecuting set ups and ensuring people are in the right spotsMonitoring labor and making necessary adjustmentsSupport other leadersExecution of huddles to ensure all team members are on the same pageExecuting the HEARD model with all guest concernsProactively checking team members tasksCompleting daily SAFEsLeaving the restaurant better than you found itCoaching the behaviors of all team members to include:- Sense of urgency
- Execution of systems (i.e. checklists, timers)
- Proactive thinking to anticipate the needs of the guests
- Proactive thinking with the team members' responsibilities
Ensuring checklists and timers are being completed in a timely mannerEnsure team members and leaders consistently follow all processes and proceduresWork with leadership team to identify team member training gapsProtect the brand by ensuring that packing, food preparation, and quality is top levelLeadership traits:
