Job Description:
Description Night kitchen team members MUST be available to work Fridays & Saturdays. Night shift schedules available: 2pm-11pm or 5pm-11pm. Responsibilities and Duties: Food Safety & Quality: •Deliver crave-able food, in a timely manner that meets or exceeds CFA Quality Requirements. •Comply with all food safety protocols: Proper handwashing, clean and sanitize food contact surfaces at least every 4 hours etc. •Follow all recipes including proper portion sizes, and quality standards. •Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning, and equipment care. •Manage holding times and timers for all food products. Stewardship & Job Tasks •Monitor that the product being made aligns with the needs of the business (not overproducing product). •Execute Chick-fil-A product holding & timer systems all day, every day. •Ensure accuracy of orders. •Communicate effectively with the front of house (wait times). •Maintain and provide a clean environment. •Ensure products are consistent with our brand, culture, and excellence. •Assemble, clean, maintain and operate equipment properly: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill, temperature gauges. •Prepare, assemble, and serve quality products to food stations Behavioral Traits: •Demonstrate a heart of service: Hold yourself & others accountable. •Integrity: Do the right thing, every time regardless of who is watching •Show honor, dignity, and respect for all •Show up to work on time

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
