* Planning the evening offering and creating a calendar.
* Preparing, cooking and serving the evening offering to guests.
* Maintaining the dinner area in an attractive, organized, clean and standardized presentation.
* Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
* Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
