Position: Evening RN SupervisorSchedule: Monday to Friday (Evening Shift: 2:15 PM to 10:30 PM)Weekend Rotation: Only 1 weekend per month (or less)On-Call Rotation: YesEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $38.00 to $47.00 per hour (based on experience)Sign-On Bonus: $7,500.00
Key Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor:
- Promote and restore patients' health through effective management and direction of nursing staff.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with physicians and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership: Proven team leadership skills and a positive attitude.
RN Requirements:
- Current New York State RN Licensure.
- Experience in long-term care or medical/surgical settings preferred but not required.
- Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
