Maintains efficiency and productivity levels according to plant goals.· Administers all performance evaluations on personnel assigned to their area· Identifies training needs of assigned individuals and communicates these needs to the appropriate group leader; assists group leaders with training record maintenance· Controls materials cost in assigned areas of responsibility· Ensures that all employees are assigned to their areas or other area and are following all safety policies and procedures· Forwards material requisitions to group leaders for approval and / or staging by material handlers· Maintains manufacturing production tempo required to meet on time shipping schedules· Read and write English· Knowledge of company safety policies· Prior experience with wall fabrication· Promotes and enforces plant policies and guidelines
