Event & Hospitality Manager needed in our Los Angeles or Denver office! This position will be serving both local and nationwide offices. This role requires experience in the event and hospitality industry across various markets. The Manager will collaborate with our in-house team and externalvendors to manage all aspects of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events as well as hospitality firm-wide. Ideal candidates should be adept in organizing live and virtual events, including but not limited to cocktail parties, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars. The E&H Manager will oversee eventsnationally, from conception to completion, including post-event reporting, budgeting, and analytics.
Your Event and Hospitality Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre-production tasks such as budgeting, site visits, vendor RFPs, production schedules, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and execute tasks for successful event and hospitality execution, considering financial and time constraints.
- Maintain accurate records for all events, hospitality functions, and event travel.
- Manage event-related lists (contacts, attendees, sponsors, volunteers) and collaborate with teams like marketing for guest lists, name tags, and other event needs.
- Coordinate on-site elements for events and hospitality functions such as setup, signage, registration, F&B, tech requirements, cleanup, trade show support, etc.
- Execute flawless virtual events from start to finish, including event creative, calendaring, back-end tech support, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments (facilities, reception, office services) to ensure procedures are followed for in-office events and timely notifications are provided to the necessary departments and buildings events will be hosted in.
- Manage hospitality in our Florida offices and other locations; hospitality needs include but are not limited to day-to-day requests for meetings, firm-wide food and beverage service, coffee, and kitchen supplies in all offices, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager, successfully executing multiple events simultaneously in different cities is required. We work on a large volume of events so you must be well-organized and highly proficient at multitasking.
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry is preferred, as this role will be responsible for menu creation for meetings and events nationwide.
- Strong communication and writing skills, including interaction with C-suite individuals, experience managing coordinators and vendors.
- Familiarity with working across multiple time zones and with team members in various locations.
- Experience managing a team is required.
- High proficiency in MS Office, PPT, Excel, and web-based programs such as Vuture (similar to Eloqua or Marketo), Zoom/Microsoft Teams is required.
- Graphic design skills in Canva (or similar to Photoshop, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in creating and reconciling budgets preferred.
- Team-oriented individual who is a self-starter, good problem solver, and calm under pressure.
- This role may require early mornings, late evenings, and weekend hours as needed for events.
- Travel is required, both locally and nationally to our other offices.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Law firm experience is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000-$105,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
