Job Summary:The Event Coordinator for Marketing is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing-driven events that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. This role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that align with the company's marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align event themes, messaging, and goals with broader marketing campaigns and branding strategies.
- Content & Promotion: Develop event-specific content and promotional materials, manage event-related social media activity, and coordinate with designers for visual assets.
- Audience Engagement: Design strategies to enhance audience engagement before, during, and after events, such as interactive elements, giveaways, and post-event follow-ups.
- Budget Management: Track and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are documented and events are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Negotiate with and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and other partners to secure quality services at competitive rates.
- Logistics & On-Site Support: Oversee event setup, coordinate with on-site staff, troubleshoot any issues during events, and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Post-Event Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to improve future events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in event management software, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
