DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Blood Drive Event Coordinator in the non-profit industry. This territory from Mooresville to Mount Airy and offers a hybrid working environment. The Event Coordinator will be tasked with responsibilities such as organizing and coordinating events, liaising with clients, business development, running the drives outside, and working with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage events, ensuring they run smoothly and are fully staffed.- Liaise with previous clients to set up free blood drives.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are adequately publicized and staffed.- Utilize CRM and Database skills to maintain accurate customer records.- Handle customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.- Use outbound marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and attract donors.- Manage campaign planning, including the creation of advertisements and brochures.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.Requirements- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE WILLING TO DRIVE UP TO 1 HOUR- Experience in creating and managing advertisements to promote events and increase participation- Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and ability to incorporate these into event planning- Ability to design brochures and other promotional materials for events- Experience in campaign planning, specifically for event promotion and fundraising- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with event attendees, donors, and other stakeholders- Knowledge of outbound marketing strategies and their application in the non-profit sector- Strong client relations skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments within the organization- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unforeseen issues or changes in event plans- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as many non-profit events take place outside of traditional business hours.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
